  I called at2:40 from the bank , my appointment was at3:15 .no answer on phone to tell i may be a few minutes late at the bank. Kept trying to call while at the bank and driving in afternoon traffic to office that doesnt answer. 4:05 walk in office and called a no show . I have seizures anxiety and stress induced and am at appointment for refills. Reception says that more than 15 min late is no show. I say i called 30 minute +5 prior to appointment time. Reception does not answer the phone and im late. Have seizures and anxiety and chronic pain , need your refills and get a nonpracticer also known as a "professional" not a hack with junkies playing internettag in reception. While the misic is so loud reception didnt notice me standing there for a minute or more only to deflect the blame on me. Is there a negative side to this 5 star rating system. Perhaps 6 supernovas or a blackwhole scale i can use. YOU SUCK . POOREST QUALITIES OF BEDSIDE OR PATIENT CARE TO ALL THE KNOWN WORLD. EXCEPT maybe the vet.
